      <image:title>About Me - A little about me…</image:title>
<image:caption>I was lucky to grow up in many places and home has always been wherever I was at the moment. I suppose this nudged me to be inspired by space, it was the one unchanging thing wherever my family moved to. I studied Aerospace Engineering at Virginia Tech and taught some basic astronomy labs in the evenings. I have always been enthusiastic about sharing space with others, and it showed in my instructor evaluations! This hobby should be fun, it’s also a humbling experience to truly grasp what is going on in the cosmos. Lately, I’ve embraced astrophotography as the easiest route to sharing this world with others. Our eyes just weren’t meant to gather in billion year old light from a distant galaxy, but modern technology can lift the veil. -David Brunell</image:caption>
